One place for every enquiry
Enquiries arriving through several channels are routed into a single CRM, using Zapier and AI tools, so fewer enquiries get missed.
BUSINESS SYSTEMS & AUTOMATION
Practical systems for owner-run businesses, so the admin stops following you home.

Owner-run service businesses of one to five people, where the owner is still doing the admin.
Quotes, jobs and invoicing handoffs.
Bookings, enquiries and guest comms.
Caterers, food vans and small venues.
If you’re thinking any of these, we should talk.
Three steps. Each one stands on its own, so you can stop after any of them.
Free
About an hour. I trace how work flows through your business and find where time leaks or work gets done twice. It starts with one question: “Tell me the job you hate doing every week.”
$250 FIXED FEE
Yours to keep. A clear map of how work flows through your business, where time leaks, and the fixes in priority order. Use it with me or without me. The fee is credited to your first build if you go ahead within 30 days.
From $800
The fixes themselves, scoped from the roadmap, one thing at a time, starting with the safe back-office wins.
Founding BNI rate of $120 an hour (standard $140 an hour) for my first 5 clients, until 30 January 2027.

Asana set up and connected to Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Chat), so team requests get prompt follow-up and every task lives in one place.
A streamlined newsletter setup covering subscriber onboarding, audience management and newsletter creation.
Custom tools that collect data or turn handwritten information into usable records.
Every setup is tailored to what your business needs.
Tools you bought but never set up properly, such as ServiceM8, a CRM or Asana, set up with access you invite me into where the app allows it, or a secure handover otherwise. Either way, the accounts stay yours. Includes a short walkthrough video.
Your existing systems talking to each other through automation platforms or built-in integrations. You do one job, and the next one happens on its own.
Shared task tracking and internal communication so nothing drops between staff.
List cleanup, segmenting, choosing and setting up a platform, and automated sequences and follow-ups.
Teaching your staff to actually use the new system, with check-ins at 2 and 6 weeks after handover.
I follow one job from start to finish, enquiry through to done and paid, and show you exactly where the time goes.
I research the tools you already use before we sit down. Most of the time you keep what you’ve got.
I automate the back-office work, not your client relationships. Anything a client will see, or that can’t be undone, is checked by a person first.
AI where it fits. I’ll tell you honestly if AI is the right tool. If a simple automation does the job, that’s cheaper and safer. We start on free tools where we can, and you only pay for more when the business needs it.
What I don’t do, I know someone who does:
Compliance, bookkeeping, paid ads, websites, full social media management, heavy design and custom code go to trusted partners who specialise in them.
For more than fifteen years I’ve built the systems behind people and programs: leading school departments and budgets, running grant-funded community health programs, and training and mentoring teams.
Along the way I’ve picked up wide business experience, from photography to real estate to the travel industry. Each one taught me the same thing: good processes free people up to do their best work.
I hold a Cert IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business (Small Business Solutions, TAFE Queensland) and sit on my BNI chapter’s Membership Committee.
We start with a free scoping session. That’s where I work out what’s worth doing.
