This page explains, in plain English, what information Mantis Methods collects and how it is looked after.
What I collect
Only the contact details you choose to send me by email or phone, such as your name, business name, email address and phone number, plus whatever you tell me about your business so I can help.
Client logins and system access
Where an app allows it, you invite me into your accounts with my own access. Where it doesn’t, we arrange a secure handover instead.
- I only use access for the work we have agreed.
- Your accounts stay yours, always.
- You can revoke my access at any time.
- I don’t keep passwords beyond the job, and I remove my access at handover on request.
How your information is used
Your information is only used to deliver the work. It is never sold, and it is shared only with the tools needed to do the job.
